RETURN POLICY
We hope you love every single item in your order, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for  store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@evandyve.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packagingand mail your return to the address provided.
 
You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        
     ●     Items must be unworn and unwashed.   
     ●     Items must have all tags and be in original packaging.
     

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: 

Once an item is shipped, USPS or UPS depending on the shipping method you've selected is responsible for the package. For this reason, we do not cover any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is missing, please contact USPS or UPS (depending on the shipping method you chose) with your tracking number so that they can further assist you. Refunds or replacement packages will not be granted for any lost or stolen packages.
